Building Permit applications are available for download. Please fill out all required portions. Building guides are also available online for your convenience. 

How to apply for a Commercial or Residential Building Permit?
A submittal requirement checklist is located in “Applications and Guides”. Please submit two wet stamped drawings with your completed application for plans examination. The plan review fee is required to be paid upon submittal. See the fee schedule for an estimated cost.

How to apply for a One-Stop Permit?
One stop permits are issued immediately over the counter here in our office. Fax applications are accepted at (303) 708-1790. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

Visa and Master Card are accepted as payment over the phone. We can fax the receipt and permit directly to you.
