Your Arraignment date is on your blue copy of the ticket. You are required to appear to answer the charge(s) on this date, if you choose not to pay the penalty assessment within twenty days of receiving your ticket.

At your arraignment, you will be given an opportunity to read your rights, before you meet with the prosecuting Attorney. Once this meeting is completed, you will be sent to the Courtroom to enter your plea before the Judge. Fines and fees rendered by the Judge are due and payable immediately.

If the date on your ticket is a Saturday or a Holiday, or if for any reason the Courthouse is closed, your appearance is the next court business day.
