View Comprehensive PlanThe Comprehensive Plan is a framework to guide public policy and implement the vision for the city. It also sets the stage for the city’s future growth and development. We envision a community that is sustainable and cohesive, inspires pride, and produces remarkable places.

This plan describes our city today and articulates the vision for tomorrow. It stems from a basic understanding of our current form and function and provides a base from which progress can be measured. In essence, the Comprehensive Plan is Centennial’s blueprint for the future.
