Tagawa Access Road
|
Description of work: Construction of a new access road and storm water improvements serving Tagawa Gardens and the New Bronco's Parkway Trailhead.
Bid and contract was approved by City Council on April 19, 2010. Notice to proceed issued April 30, 2010.
This project is to be completed approximately by the end of September of 2010.

City-Wide Bike Lane
Additions
|
Description of work: Design and construction of 16 miles of new bike lanes in the City. Streets will be restriped to accommodate bike lanes that will connect to various trails, parks, open space, and schools.
Field verification was complete April 2, 2010 and design is underway.
Construction is anticipated to start in the summer of 2010.

| Vista Verde Neighborhood Improvements |
Project will provide various Capital Improvement to the Vista Verde Neighborhood. Improvements will include slurry seal, sidewalk reconstruction, mill and overlay, and street sign replacement.
Project is expected to go to bid on September 3, 2010. Work will begin shortly after.
Project budget: Total grant awarded $494,164

| Dry Creek and University Concrete Street Panel Replacement |
This project will consist of removing and replacing concrete panels that run along Dry Creek and University Blvd. CDOT and the City of Centennial will be responsbile for this project. CDOT projected to proceed with their portion in FY 2011.
Currently Dry Creek is in the porcess of Concrete Replacement, this is scheduled to be completed by August 27, 2010. This is weather pending.
Paving is scheduled for the:
Weekend of September 11th - September 12, 2010. This is subject to change.
